I’m a worrier.

I worry about my kids eating enough of the right foods (what does that even mean?) and about the sunscreen I put on their faces because #colorado. I worry about how much plastic we use and how much junk is in my shampoo/lotion/makeup/toothpaste/etc.

See? Worrier.

Do you know the best way to fix worrying? Get control over the things that are causing you to feel…well…out of control.

For me, that has recently meant making safer choices by switching out our skin care and beauty products. So far, I’ve replaced all of my makeup and my skin care line up. Ok, to be honest, my skin care routine didn’t really exist until I started using Beautycounter. I’ve also switched to safer sunscreen and shampoo for the kids. It has seriously made my daily routine much less overwhelming and here’s why:
